I had an exceptional experience with American Carpet One. Jakob from the sales team visited my home with a curated selection of samples, and alongside my interior designer, we selected the perfect carpet to complement my space. Given the scale of my furnishings, I had concerns about replacing the existing carpet, but Jakob’s confidence and expertise immediately put me at ease.
On installation day, Rob, the foreman, and his highly professional team carefully removed the old carpet and installed my new Berber carpet with precision and care. The project was thoughtfully completed over two days, and the workmanship exceeded my expectations. The entire process was seamless, and the results truly elevated my home. I highly recommend American Carpet One for their professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding quality.

I appreciate when people arrive promptly. Better yet when Alan and Josh arrived 5 minutes early! They were both courteous, personable, and professional. They did an excellent job moving my furniture, removing the old carpet and padding, swept up debris before installing new padding and carpet, and putting everything back after vacuuming new carpet! The guys just finished installing our carpet and it looks great!! I would really like to commend Dion, Chris and Fusi on the job they did. Very professional and are hard workers. These guys, Aris and Dion were very personable and professional. The flooring process was explained in detail, how to clean it, etc. They were patient throughout the 2 days process, despite my cat (s) making their signature imprint on the cement base on the first day of process. I am very please how my floors turned out.
